Before You Begin
I don’t know what set I want. Is that a problem?
No. That’s what the design consultation is for. The only thing you need to decide is when — we design everything else.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when they’re designed correctly. Density is calibrated to the health of your own lashes, which is exactly why we map before we apply.
What if I’ve had a bad experience elsewhere?
Tell us about it in your brief. Most guests who come to us have — it’s the reason the design process exists.
How often will I need to come back?
Your maintenance window is set during your consultation, based on your natural lash cycle and the design we build for you. It’s written into your plan so you’re never guessing.
My natural lashes are sparse. Can you still work with them?
Yes. Your map is built around what you have rather than around a standard set — which is precisely why the design happens before anything is applied.
Can I wear makeup with them?
Yes, with guidance on which products protect the retention of your set. That guidance is part of your Signature Maintenance Ritual.
What’s the investment?
Your pricing is confirmed before you book, so you know exactly what you’re investing before you reserve. A $65 personalization fee holds your appointment, and $50 is credited upon service completion. During your visit we review your design together and can add to it if you’d like.
What happens after my first appointment?
Your design includes a maintenance window built around your natural lash cycle. We’ll remind you two weeks before it closes, so you’re never guessing when to return.
